Because all items are personalized and made-to-order:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

• This includes custom photos, names, and color selections

🕒 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

• After this, production may have already started

• Customers must send their photos within 24 hours of placing the order

• If no photos are received, the order will be processed without customization

• No refunds will be issued for missing photo submissions
